These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OnboardFlow (the “Service”), operated by Flow Systems Solution LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OnboardFlow is an employee onboarding and training platform that lets companies create onboarding modules, quizzes, track progress, and record employee certifications. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must ensure you have the right to add the employees and content you put into the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Certification tracking, expiry dates, and reminder notifications are provided to assist you. OnboardFlow does not guarantee regulatory or legal compliance. Ensuring that employees hold valid, current certifications and that your business meets applicable laws and regulations remains solely the employer's responsibility. We are not liable for any fines, penalties, or losses resulting from expired, missing, or invalid certifications.
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to breach security, or use the Service to store data you are not permitted to process.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
